Track Training on Wednesdays at 6.00pm and 7.00pm

Venue is Costello Stadium (track fees apply)
This is not an official KUHAC training session. It’s a City of Hull AC track session but our friends at City of Hull AC have invited us to take part whenever we wish; thank you CoH.
Track training is a great way to improve your running, speed and endurance threshold.
Derek is a qualified endurance coach and will pass on all the advice you need to improve your running performance.
